As a Retail Assistant, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for our guests. You’ll provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service, process transactions accurately, and recommend products that enhance each customer’s visit—always looking for opportunities to upsell. You’ll also help maintain a clean, organised store, ensure stock levels are well managed, and contribute to visually appealing displays.
