Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Leads and aids in the creation of store manual, guidelines, policies and procedures
- Ensures that store operations follow the standard operating procedures
- Leads, plans and coordinates with other concerned Departments on store openings
- Monitors the supplies inventory at each store
- Monitors the performance of store employees and provides training as necessary
- Addresses concerns on inventory, sales, display and schedule of employees
- Develops, implements and executes marketing campaigns such as print media, web, social media, broadcast, and others
- Carry out customer feedback survey, market researches and competitive intelligence in order to keep up-to-date with customer expectations, market trends and opportunities
