CHEP is a global provider of share‑and‑reuse logistics solutions. The Retail Account Manager Lead will spearhead account management activities across Region 2, driving asset recovery, supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and mentor a team of Retail Account Managers, fostering a high‑performance culture.
  • Maintain succession plans for key roles and manage performance outcomes.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with CHEP’s business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with key retail accounts.
  • Track critical KPIs (asset productivity, pallet recovery, cycle time) and ensure targets are met.
