Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and mentor a team of Retail Account Managers, fostering a high‑performance culture.
- Maintain succession plans for key roles and manage performance outcomes.
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with CHEP’s business goals.
- Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with key retail accounts.
- Track critical KPIs (asset productivity, pallet recovery, cycle time) and ensure targets are met.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, supply chain and customer service to align and execute initiatives.
