Oversee Station operations by ensuring compliance, improving sales performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective support and supervision.
Sales and Marketing
- Sales Order Payment and Approval monitoring
- Product Delivery or Pull Out Monitoring
- Competitors Check and Pump price Validation
- Station and Dealer's visit as needed
- Attend to Station opening as needed
Operational Support
- Oversee Station stock level inventory and recommend schedule of ordering (COCO and CODO)
Reports
- Month end report (Target vs. Actual)
Job Requirements
- At least Bachelor's/College Degree in any course.
- With at least 1 to 2 years work experience as Retail Specialist
- Has the ability to lead and can easily adapt in a fast paced working environment.
