Job Description
A diploma or certificate in Retail Management, Business, or a related field is advantageous. Certifications related to food safety or retail operations will be a plus. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in retail management, ideally in a butchery, wholesale, or food distribution environment. Knowledge: Strong understanding of retail environment, pricing, and wholesale distribution. Experience with franchise operations is advantageous. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Customer Service: Passionately providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly. Financial Acumen: Experience in managing store budgets, P&L, and cost control.
