Retail Store Manager

As a Store Leader at Best Buy you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store operation, including leading a team of assistant store leaders, team leads and advisors, and partnering with all areas of the business and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, coach, develop and inspire your team to help customers find the perfect product or service.
• Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture while having fun.
• Oversee store KPI's – revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, health and safety.
• Maintain a healthy profit and loss.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail store manager experience.
• At least 40 employees and $15+ million big box retail store leadership experience.
• Experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a high-sales volume store.
