Responsibilities

The Store Staff plays a vital role in supporting the overall success of the store. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with store operations, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment within a fast-paced gadget retail environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or the electronics industry preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong interest in technology and a passion for learning about new gadgets.
  • Ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
