The Storekeeper plays a critical role in supporting store operations by managing inventory flow, ensuring accurate stock handling, and maintaining an organized and efficient back-of-house environment. This role helps ensure that merchandise is readily available for replenishment and that the store operates smoothly behind the scenes.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management & Storekeeping
- Receive, check, and verify incoming stock against delivery orders or invoices.
- Replenish merchandise on sales floors in a timely and accurate manner based on store needs.
- Pack, tag, and sort merchandise for storage or display according to standard procedures.
