Our Client is a well-known central bank regulated financial institution of significant profile, with its parent company listed in a major financial exchange. It is seeking to bring in an Independent Non-Executive Director to its Board.
The Board's overall role includes providing leadership, as well as approving and overseeing the implementation of the FI's strategic direction and overall business objectives, taking into account the need to safeguard customers interests.
