+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in data center program or project management.
+ Experience with data center environment and safety.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Certified Safety Professional certificate or other applicable EHS certifications.
+ 10 years of EHS construction and subcontractor management experience.
+ Experience working in operational data centers with a focus on safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
+ Knowledge of implementation of safety programs.
+ Understanding of program management including basic construction contracts.
