Overview

Under the direction of the Director of Revenue Management, the Revenue Analyst will play a central role in maximizing Hotel X Toronto’s revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for analyzing revenue, profit, and demand associated with the participating hotels’ rooms and function space inventory. Assists in preparing forecasts, including budgets and projections and evaluating sales strategy effectiveness.
• Develops and leverages analytical tools and systems to maximize overall hotel revenue and profit.
• Manages rooms and function space inventory, ensuring the proper allocation and restrictions to optimize total hotel revenues and profits. Conducts competitive set analysis and monitors market trends and dynamics. Informs the DORM of any obvious market trends.
