Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as a power user and key finance stakeholder for CRM systems (Hubspots or SFDC) and revenue operations workflows, including configuration, automation, data governance, and ERP integrations (e.g., NetSuite).
- Design, document, and continuously improve revenue operations processes and standards to support a scalable, global revenue function.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment by partnering with Sales Operations, Legal, Finance, and Product on quote‑to‑cash workflows, bookings accuracy, and pricing updates.
- Identify operational risks, develop performance measurement frameworks, and build models to evaluate workflow effectiveness.
- Analyze data and deliver reporting that enhances visibility into operational performance and key revenue drivers.
- Standardize dashboards, reporting, and tracking to support leadership decision‑making.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
