Position Overview

A prominent 4* hotel in the V&A waterfront with over 300 rooms is seeking a dynamic Reservations Manager with revenue management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4 and manage group and conference bookings.
• Operate reservations using Opera or Infor “Individual and Group/Block Reservations.”
• Administer daily operations under pressure and manage shift duties.
• Prepare and analyse REVPAR and yielding for performance.
• Coordinate with other departments for revenue optimisation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Hotel School Diploma or national qualification equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Revenue and Reservations Manager in a 4/5* city hotel with over 300 rooms.
• Proficiency in Opera or Infor reservations system.
• Strong administrative skills and ability to work under pressure.
