The Role
As a Rewards & Platforms Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development, execution, and optimization of credit card rewards programs and digital payment platforms. The role focuses on enhancing customer experience, maximizing rewards program value, and driving innovation in eCommerce solutions, including tokenization, e-wallet integration, and digital payment platforms. You will also manage governance, risk controls, and ensure the alignment of business strategies with industry
trends and customer needs.
