Job Description

What will you do:
* Support benefits subject matter experts across different benefits areas in Mexico and the United States during their campaigns.
* Assist with data management, document exchange between vendors and internal stakeholders within SE.
* Provide general operational support for benefits administration.
* Assist in resolving HR call center tickets and escalations.
* Provide excellent customer service to our employees and stakeholders
* Operate and administer our benefit offers
* Prepare, review, and analyze high volumes of data
What qualifications will make you successful:
* Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a 4-year degree or equivalent.
