Our client, a rapidly growing Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) in the Tampa Bay area, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Associate to join their team. The Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting the firm's day-to-day operations, helping drive organizational efficiency, supporting compliance initiatives, coordinating administrative functions, and contributing to the infrastructure needed to support continued growth.
