A leading delivery platform is seeking a Manager Rider Projects & Processes to lead strategic projects and optimize rider processes across MENA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in a fast-paced operations-heavy environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and exceptional stakeholder management abilities. This role will be instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the rider experience.
