Job Title: Rigging Team Leader
Experience Required: 8 to 15 Years
Industry: Oil & Gas / Refinery
Age Limit: Not over the age of Fifty-Three (53) years
Salary: TBD + FAT
Primary Purpose of the Role
To lead and execute all types of rigging, lifting, shifting, loading, off-loading, jacking, and sliding operations across refinery units as per site requirements. The role also supports the Rigging Supervisor in planning, risk assessment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute all rigging and lifting operations including loading, unloading, shifting, jacking, and sliding activities.
