Elevate Jobber’s analytics function as the Risk Analytics Director. Lead a team focused on enhancing FinTech products and risk management excellence.
In this strategic role, you will report directly to the VP of Analytics & Insights. Your responsibilities include defining the FinTech Analytics roadmap and refining risk analytics through AI and machine learning techniques. Collaborate with FinTech leadership to drive product impact while focusing on revenue growth and risk-adjusted returns.
Key Responsibilities: • Define and execute the FinTech Analytics roadmap • Develop analytical frameworks using ROA/ROE metrics • Implement risk models in line with IFRS 9 methodologies • Create strategies linking SaaS and FinTech KPIs • Champion AI integration in analytics processes
