The successful candidate will manage approximately 600 accounts and will focus on relationship management to minimize cancellations and identify upsell opportunities. Experience in customer-facing roles and a strong understanding of Risk and Compliance are crucial. This role requires proficiency in English and ideally Cantonese or Mandarin.
