Overview

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

  • Taking ownership of and overseeing key aspects of the Risk Management Framework
  • Leading a high-performance culture within your immediate team and the wider Risk & Compliance function
  • Building relationships with stakeholders in Underwriting, Operations, Finance, and other areas of the business to understand their priorities and risk issues
  • Experience required:

  • Strong risk management experience
  • Strong execution skills and an ability to remain resilient under pressure and change
  • Strong knowledge of the Lloyd’s Market
