Risk Manager - Policy, Frameworks and Reporting (Calgary)

About the Role

This position has a hybrid work arrangement, typically 1–2 days on‑site per week. As ATB’s next Risk Manager – Policy, Frameworks and Reporting, you will draft and revise policies and frameworks to keep them aligned with evolving regulatory requirements and internal risk appetite, and manage a structured review and update cycle to ensure documentation remains accurate and fit for purpose.

In addition, you will support risk reporting for the Second Line operational risk and compliance function, including KRI monitoring and the preparation of materials that support committee and senior leadership reporting cycles.
