Roles and Responsibilities

  • Originate New To Book prospects through channel partner, vendors &direct sourcing and open market channels.
  • Managing exiting portfolio & enhancing business portfolio of existing customer base.
  • Managing customer relationships; addressing both service & sales queries for customers with an objective to engage & retain customers.
  • Identifying new segments & set up new trade verticals for prospective business opportunities at different locations/regions new to the company
  • Recommend & introduce new services with an objective to engage customers & generate fee income.
  • Have good contacts with Equipment’s Manufacturers and customers
  • Have good customer portfolio.
  • Able to source business on his own through Direct Sourcing and OEMs
  • Able to close the deal with good commercial terms.
  • Has good understanding of financials of company
