Insight Global’s client is seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager to serve as the clinical leader for a residential care facility supporting adults with mental health and chronic medical needs. This role is ideal for a hands‑on nurse leader who values resident relationships, thrives in a close‑knit environment, and is comfortable balancing clinical oversight with day‑to‑day care delivery.
The RN Nurse Manager provides clinical leadership across resident care, medication management, staff supervision, care coordination, and regulatory readiness; while fostering a compassionate, family‑style culture where resident dignity, safety, and quality of life are the top priorities.
