About the Role
At Quincy Medical Group, the RN/LPN Float provides clinical support across multiple departments and specialty areas, ensuring seamless patient care and operational continuity.
ScheduleFull‑time position, Monday‑Friday, hours scheduled between 7:00AM and 5:00PM. Schedule may vary based on departmental and clinic needs. Eligible for a $1.00 per hour float differential. No holidays, overnight shifts, or routine on‑call requirements.
Primary Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and clinical support within scope of licensure across a variety of clinic settings.
- Room patients and obtain accurate vital signs, medical histories, medication information, and visit details.
- Assist providers with examinations, treatments, procedures, and patient care activities.
- Administer medications, injections, immunizations, and treatments in accordance with licensure and organizational policies.
