Job Description
Responsibilities
- Operate road roller equipment for compaction related to trackworks and E&M activities
- Perform compaction works according to approved method statements and site instructions
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance
- Coordinate with track supervisors, E&M teams, and ground personnel during operations
- Ensure safe equipment operation within railway and controlled work areas
- Report equipment defects, unsafe conditions, and incidents immediately
- Follow all project safety rules, toolbox talks, and HSSE requirements
- Assist in other trackwork-related activities as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- TESDA NC II – Heavy Equipment Operation (Road Roller) (Required)
- Experience operating road roller equipment in railway or infrastructure projects preferred
