Roaster Operation Manager

We are seeking for a Roaster Operation Manager who brings the same care to running a smooth operation as we bring to everything we produce.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires being present on the floor with an established team. Ensuring orders are accurately being distributed in a timely manner while building a positive work environment by encouraging growth and motivation toward team member. Open communication, respect, and professionalism is to be displayed among the company and employees. Able to manage fast-paced production work and problem solving on the spot.
