Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced AS400 Technical Lead to manage the development, support, and optimization of AS400-based banking applications. The role focuses on system stability, performance, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Lead development and support of AS400 applications (RPG, RPGLE, COBOL400, CL) Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and team leadership Design and optimize DB2 databases on AS400 Translate business requirements into technical solutions Ensure performance, security, and compliance standards Troubleshoot production issues and support system enhancements Requirements: 69 years of AS400 development experience (RPG & CL) Experience in banking/financial services environment Hands-on experience with Silverlake/AS400 loan systems Strong DB2 knowledge and AS400 data/file handling expertise Bachelors degree in IT or related field
