Roofer - East Midlands
£31,270 - £32,916
We are recruiting for an experienced Roofer who will ideally have experience of working within a social housing or local authority environment. You will undertake Roofing & and other trade repairs and maintenance work, to provide high quality, ‘right first time', cost effective building services to the business and its customers.
Please be advised that this role is covering our properties based within the East Midlands.
To be considered for this position it is essential that you have:
The ability to undertake associated trade tasks within competency, NVQ2 qualification or equivalent and long term relevant trade experience.
A high level of skill in Roofing repairs and replacement works,
Additional basic skills to complete roofing related works, for replacement timber works, UPVC facia & soffits, felt & single ply flat roofing. Leadwork, pointing and any skills or any other trade.It is preferable ...
