Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the inventory and management of all Real and Other Property Acquired (ROPA) by the company, ensuring proper documentation and tracking of each asset.
- Maintain accurate records of ROPA assets, including legal documents, property titles, appraisals, and any associated liabilities.
- Monitor the status of ROPA properties, ensuring they are properly maintained and safeguarded from deterioration or loss.
