Essential
Criteria: Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
Experience with multi-site and/or large operation with 24/7 shift rostering

Strong computer skills and proficiency in Kronos (UKG) and Microsoft Office programs

Effective time management and organisational skills

Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions within a regulated environment

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Effective written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail

Ability to work as a member of the site leadership team and maintain confidentiality around commercially sensitive and personal information

Ability to coach and mentor other Rostering Coordinators

Be able to work from site 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
