He/she monitors the production RPA environment, diagnoses incidents, provides rootcause analysis, and coordinates remediation with the development team. The role demands solid RPA (Blue Prism) expertise, strong problemsolving skills, and the ability to work autonomously in an Agile (Kanban) setting.Required Skills and ExperienceRPA Expertise:Minimum 3 years of handson experience withBlue Prism(design, deployment, monitoring, and issue resolution).Technical Foundations:Strong familiarity with Windows and Unix environments;
