Extensive knowledge of P25 radio technology acquired through a minimum of eight (8) years of design and/or support, preferably in a Motorola environment
Minimum of five (5) years in a supervisory position managing and/or administering a P25 radio network
Hands‑on experience with voice and data encryption equipment such as KMF, KMF workstation and KVL
Hands‑on experience using Motorola ZoneWatch, the Provisioning Manager software (PM) and Unified Event Manager (UEM) or equivalent
Proficiency in producing various report as they related to the LRC use of the LMRN
Demonstrated project management skills
Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal and people skills
