About the role

The Rural Land Manager will play a crucial role in identifying suitable land opportunities, collaborating with landowners and agents, and overseeing the process of onboarding land for Habitat Bank creation. The role involves working with our delivery team to create and manage Habitat Banks on farms across England. The position is based in the South of England, ideally in or around Northampton, Oxford, or Reading. It requires effective communication, collaboration with internal teams, and engagement with external stakeholders such as farmers, landowners, and local authorities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new land opportunities to develop Habitat Banks by engaging with landowners and agents.
