Rural Planning Officer - Development Management

Webrecruit is seeking a full-time Planning Officer based in Helmsley, North Yorkshire. In this role, you will manage planning applications and ensure high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, preparing reports, and coordinating with external bodies.

The ideal candidate will have a degree, excellent IT and communication skills, and knowledge of planning issues in rural areas. A full driving licence is also required.
