About The Role
We are seeking a technically savvy, visionary leader that can partner with the SVP of Field Engineering (also a co-founder) and the broader leadership team of a 3,000-person global organization within Databricks. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly growing technology company by defining and executing strategies that drive scale, productivity, and technical excellence.
This role is focused on several strategic outcomes critical for the future growth of Databricks: Shaping and driving the future of FE, ensuring product execution at scale, driving effective Delivery and Enablement execution, and being a company‑first leader that can bridge across GTM and Product.
