EyeAdvisor is a AI conversion intelligence system for LASIK and cataract practices in the United States. Supporting some of the most progressive ophthalmology practices in the US. We're growing our client services team and looking for a specialist to lead training and implementation for a cutting-edge AI platform we deploy with our practice partners.
This is a rare role — most important is startup / SaaS experience and massive incentive if you've worked with medical practices. You need to be able to translate that into exceptional onboarding, training, and ongoing support for busy clinical teams.
What you'll do:
- Lead onboarding and go-live for new practice accounts
- Conduct live virtual training sessions with administrators, counselors, and clinical staff
- Build and maintain training documentation, SOPs, and resource libraries
