Job Description
What You Will Be Doing:
- Log Audit: Record review of hours for accuracy and completeness (Log checks with registered data, such as GPS, BOL, Fuel, Inspections, etc.)
- Responding to the calls regarding the Log Issues
- Permits
- Responding to the Accident calls
- Guiding the driver through all the necessary steps
- Collecting all the data
- Creating the accident report
- Getting the accident videos from Netradyne
- Locating the DOT certified clinic and sending the driver for post‑accident drug and alcohol test if required
- Coaching the Drivers for HOS
- Proficient in spoken and written ENGLISH (must)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work effectively both as a Team member and independently
- Ability to follow instructions and deliver quality results
- Past work experience that is relevant is a plus
