Job Description
- To regularly monitor safety standards and procedures ensuring smooth running of daily shifts in safety related matters.
- To assist in the implementation of Safety Pillars and ensure compliance with ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management Systems) and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) standards.
- To conduct routine inspections and gap analysis to identify workplace hazards, assess risks, and recommend preventive measures.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective and preventive actions.
- To ensure all Health, Safety and Environment equipment are calibrated and maintained to effectively meet emergencies situations.
- To advise personnel and ensure training is provided in all safety related matters to all new and existing personnel.
- To record and maintain a database of all inspections conducted to follow up and identify corrective actions.
