Job Description
Become a key leader as an Operations Supervisor at our warehouse, supervising weekend shifts from 6:45 AM to 6:45 PM. Your role will focus on safety, resource allocation, and achieving operational KPIs.
As an Operations Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing all production activities and ensuring compliance with operational standards. You will lead at least two team members, coach for excellence, and hold weekly safety meetings to reinforce protocols. Your efforts will ensure a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
