Safety Program Analyst

Job Description

The Safety Program Analyst develops, implements, and monitors company environmental safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations. This role maintains safety equipment inventory, performs periodic safety inspections, monitors hazardous waste removal vendors, and may help consolidate hazardous wastes. The analyst conducts emergency response and hazardous material handling, monitors environmental compliance, and liaises with regulatory agencies, recommending corrective actions where environmental health and safety hazards exist. The position also includes ergonomic compliance-related activities.
