Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the in‑vehicle monitoring and telematics system.
  • Review telematics data and video footage related to safety events.
  • Coach drivers on safe driving practices and compliance expectations.
  • Maintain accurate driver records, including licenses, abstracts, incident records and related documentation.
  • Monitor driver compliance and follow up on identified safety concerns.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and drivers to resolve safety issues and support corrective actions.
  • Prepare safety, compliance, and telematics reports for internal review.
  • Provide general administrative support to the safety team as assigned.
  • All other duties as assigned.
