An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, innovative and highly motivated GP to join the 3 partners in our friendly, supportive and forward thinking practice. We are willing to be flexible with start date and working schedule for the right candidate.
Practice Details
- We are a GMS Practice with a list size of approximately 9,500
- We have a Telephone Triage System in place and also use Engage Consult
- There are no OOH commitments
- Our clinical team consists of 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Advanced Pharmacist Practitioner and 2 Nurse Practitioners
- We have an excellent Nursing Team involved in all aspects of Chronic Disease Management
- There are strong links with our Community Nursing Team, First Contact Physiotherapists, Acute Clinical Practitioner and Community Mental Health Teams.
