Salary Payroll AdministratorAs a member of the Payroll team, you will ensure the company’s payroll is processed in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with Company and government policies. This position requires someone with strong attention to detail that operates well in a fast paced environment.

What You Will Be Working On

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare and/or process salary and hourly payroll.

  • Conduct salary calculations for new hires, changes, terminations, etc.

  • Reconcile source deductions, benefits, and WCB.

  • Process remittances related to payroll including disbursements to benefit carriers, tax authorities and worker's compensation ensuring compliance with legislation.

  • Liaise with staff and management on payroll related inquiries.

  • Prepare various month end reports.
