  • Maintain and build strong relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential customers
  • Promote partnership initiatives, bridging partner interests to create win-win outcomes
  • Continuously enhance sales and partnership acquisition processes
  • Handle inbound sales enquiries via phone and email
  • Professionally negotiate and close deals, and address client objections or concerns
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain client satisfaction
  • Gather market intelligence and customer data for reporting
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and updates to management
