Job Description

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: To adapt, co-create, plan and drive the consistent execution of Retail learning programs that support operational excellence, strengthen commercial capabilities and help us meet or exceed business objectives. This role is responsible for developing and implementing the training strategy and annual learning plan for Retail, Franchise and Wholesale, while establishing an end-to-end functional learning operating model that elevates Retail capabilities across the country.

Working in close collaboration with the LAM Sales Academy team, this position connects local business needs with regional frameworks to ensure strong alignment, continuous feedback and contribution to the evolution of future learning programs.
