Account Management

• Manage existing MPS and IT clients
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Handle inquiries and close outright purchases
• Prepare quotations and coordinate delivery
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up

Reporting

• Submit monthly sales performance updates
• Support collection coordination when required
