Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development/Account

  • Actively generate new sales leads (sale and/or rental)
  • Conduct client visits, site inspections and analyze to recommend suitable equipment solutions

Account Management

  • Manage assigned key accounts and maintain long term client relationship
  • Coordinate closely with Aftersales and Operations to ensure smooth delivery, commissioning and aftersales support
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address issues to protect repeat business

Coordination & Internal Alignment

  • Work closely with Sales Manager/Technical/Service teams for specifications and site requirements
  • Ensure all commitments to clients are properly documented (emails, proposals, POs)
