Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development/Account
- Actively generate new sales leads (sale and/or rental)
- Conduct client visits, site inspections and analyze to recommend suitable equipment solutions
Account Management
- Manage assigned key accounts and maintain long term client relationship
- Coordinate closely with Aftersales and Operations to ensure smooth delivery, commissioning and aftersales support
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address issues to protect repeat business
Coordination & Internal Alignment
- Work closely with Sales Manager/Technical/Service teams for specifications and site requirements
- Ensure all commitments to clients are properly documented (emails, proposals, POs)
