JOB SUMMARY

Perform key accounts management of opportunities and contracted products and services of the company.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Key accounts development and management
  • Pricing and Margins/Profitability analysis of accounts
  • Ensures timely delivery of services to the client
  • Ensures on time billing and collection
  • Customer service and responsible in making the end-users happy and that an opportunity to upsell is achieved
  • Strong work-related experience in the telecommunications industry

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION & BACKGROUND)

  • At least 5-8 years experience in Key Accounts Management for sales and operations.
  • Preference for Key Accounts Management experience with telecommunication industry
  • College degree of any Business Management related course
