Responsibilities
- The position reports directly to the Director of Business Development & Marketing and Corporate Sales Manager.
- The Sales Account Manager is the main point of communications for establishing recommendations, strategies, problem solving and direct knowledge of the customer and it’s market. This function must also relate the knowledge of The NARMCO Group’s systems, such as quotations, PCR’s and PPQR meetings into the end customer’s needs and requirements.
- Assist the Business Unit Leader in establishing a short and long term business strategy, each October on an annual basis. Providing all information and knowledge relating to the end customer, programs and related market place conditions in order to establish a thorough report and strategy. Then to implement the approved business strategy for each customer.
